I have decided to go get some type of sleep aid after work today. I have had a terrible time ALL week sleeping. I know I am stressed about family and lack of love in my life. But I have never gone a WHOLE week having like 10 hours of sleep total.
SCREAM!!!
Tomorrow a few friends are going to a local pub here to see a band play. I may go with them if I can muster up enough sleep tonight to have the energy to go.
I get the Saints Football game Saturday evening and maybe a visit from A....
What was you first CD or if you as old as I am what was your first 45 or album?
My first 45 was Rupert Holmes "Pina Colada song" and Album was the Soundtrack was Saturday Night Fever.

I can't remember exactly what 45 I got first. I got into real music late, around 8th grade. Parents didn't care for it. sigh..
I remember SNF being an album I wanted desparately. I had tons of 45's, mostly just popular songs of the times. Not one really stands out. I DID start a really great Beatles collection, though. Had an origional Apple laberl dual album set of White Album. Nearly wore it out!
We got nothing compared to your collection, do you rent them out, like Blockbuster? LOL

I'm sorry about the sleep problems. Maybe you should try a big glass of wine, seriously. Although wine has never worked for me, I know it relaxes some people. I'm not in the habit of telling people to drink to solve a problem, but only 10 hours? I'd try anything!
Hi Rebecca, thanks for visiting my blog..thought I would return the favor~ I really can't remember my very first record, but it probably involved the Jackson 5...Maybe it was "abc". I did listen to my parents 45's before I got to buy my own. Anyone remember the song,"the witch doctor"? I listened to it over and over! Plus some other goldies were: Pretty little angel eyes, Big bad john, Little Nash rambler (beep beep)

Did you go party? Well, since Brent is ticked at me I can't go stay in NO to party but maybe we can set something up this summer and party where you are? I'll have to save up money for the Motel 6 but no biggee.
45s? I didn't have any. My sister did though. She had "One Bad Apple" by the Osmonds! Ha. So funny now.
Ok I'm the Old boy here, my first vinyl record was a compilation album called "20 Fantastic Hits" in 1972.
I have just pulled it out andwould tell you some of the songs on it if I wouldn't be so embarrased.
Ok is honest the Osmond song Rachel mentions is on it and that isn't the worst.
