Sleepy Sleepy Yes I am! Mondays are soooooooooo long for me. I have work from 8-5 (we have Monday meetings) and then I have class at the college from 5-9. Can I tell you *YAWN* is all you will be getting out of me???
I am dealing with a co-worker who I really like but is REALLY pissed off at the administration. I can't blame her, for how she is feeling. On the other hand, I have tried to make things better for her, but so much of it is out of my hands. I mean REALLY out of my hands. Any suggestions?
I want to be a kitty cat. I want to be one of my cats!
I AM STILL WAITING ON RECIPES! WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR BIGGEST HIT, APPETIZER, SALAD OR MAIN COURSE????

Recipe, hmmmm.....

I will put together a couple for you & email them, too long for a post.

I have always said that I want to come back as a well loved house cat next time. think that can be arranged? Sound simple to me.....

Ah, it's Thursday now, have you woke yet??? Probably not with Friday off.

Enjoy your day of freedom! Do something fun for yourself, you need it!

Be well, thanks so much for stopping by. Love hearing from you. I will be busy this weekend, so I will "see" you again on Monday.

D :)

Crispy Baked Ravioli

1/2 cup Italian dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup milk
1 9 oz. package refrigerated
cheese-filled ravioli
3/4 cup pasta sauce or marinara
sauce warmed

Heat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Combine the bread crumbs and cheese in a medium size bowl.

Combine the sour cream and milk in small bowl.

Dip the ravioli in the sour cream mixture, then in the bread crumb mixture to coat it evenly.

Place the ravioli on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until the ravioli are crisp and lightly browned.

Serve right away with pasta sauce.

***

I usually double this recipe if I am having more than 5-6 people. They are delicious and get gobbled up FAST.

Once I cheated and bought the already breaded ravioli, popped them in the oven. They were pretty good too! but I served Jamils marinara sauce...

That kitten is so cute!

Most of my recipes use a recipe base. I'll have to think about it and get back to you when i get back from our holiday.
