Busy Busy Busy Yes, I am.

College --a Educational Research class is killing me. Although the Professor is quite the cutie! That helps when you are stuck in a 6 hour course.....and he knows the hubby...and he may be someone I want to work for in the next year...

Less than a month and I am back at work. YIKES

I have an obsession with several of the purses in the Sex & the City movie. I want one--a real CHANEL. I've been shopping on line. I joined Bag Borrow...the site mentioned in the movie...Can I say I am in love with the idea but not with their prices. I'd rather buy a new one...yes, I am talking several thousand...but it would be mine *all mine**

Good news for now for my mom. Her doc did a CT scan and found a suspicious spot on her right lung. We have been praying feverishly and he told her today...there is nothing to worry about right now, go back and see him in 3 months. They had given her basically 2 ideas:
1. It is lung cancer
2. it is scar tissue starting to form after her breast cancer surgery
Thank you Jesus.. I am on my hands and knees right now thanking him we did not here the word cancer again...keep her in your prayers.

Sorry to my regular blog buddies, I have been busy and neglecting all of you. I just need some sporadic time to sleep, shop, pray and work on college course work. Besides, I am still adjusting to having another person in the house 24/7. It's been a learning experience..and a patience pusher. I love him though! We are coming up on 3 months July 12....

OK I am feeling totally hormonal this morning. I hit snooze several times. Flo is here....
I had dinner with my guy last night. He asked me to come to work when I left work, so I did. We ended up talking seriously for a couple of hours about anything and everything. Well, for the most part I felt even closer to him.
Just a few minutes ago, I called just to hear his voice this morning and to wish him a good day. Well, I was wanting more than an I love you. We haven't spent a night together in almost a week because of our schedule, his interview and timing. Frankly, I just feel like I need some cuddling! I told him he could come up here for lunch with me today -- I only get 30 minutes but it's 3 bucks and he gets a good meal. (not to mention GREAT company)...he says it will have to be a special occasion ....ok. I was BUMMED.
*sigh*

Feeling really crappy today. My tummy has been in an uproar. I bet I lost a pound today. Pepto and crackers. Ughhhhh

Next, Romeo across the street has been coming home in the company van the last few days. I am wondering where his truck is~ Well, after reading the name on the van I called my buddy T. They do the same kind of work, but with different companies. He made a phone call and called me back. Greg one of his buddies he knows Romeo and said he had moved in with his family after a nasty divorce. Which the divorce part I knew about....nasty--I didn't. T is supposed to find out if he's got a girlfriend, if hes ready to date and if he has kids. So send him telepathic messages to get me the scoop...and not a year from now....

Second, the city is wanting to 4 lane a 2 lane road right outside of my subdivision. So the church in the neighborhood had a city meeting this evening to discuss their options. ALOT of people would lose their homes if they widen the road. I had class at the college so my aunt went to the meeting. I sent her across the street to Romeo's g'ma place. As she gets there Romeo pulls up. She had a minute to talk to him and went in...he left her alone with g'ma...She said "We haven't seen your neice much this summer" My aunt told them I was working on my Masters. (I wish he had said that).... She gets back to my place and says my he's handsome. Yes, i think he's cute! But damn our timing is OFF...way OFF!

I still have the cute smiley face card I wanna put on his windshield, just scared people will catch me or think I'm the CRAZY one in the neighborhood.

Well, my summer vacation has begun. If I take graduate classes or a class this summer it will begin in about a week and a half. Right now I am debating, if my life would be better or worse for it right now.

Plus there are two fields I keep going back and forth in....if I get started now and take a couple over the year (depending on the field I choose) maybe take next year off and go to school full time if I can amanage to save some money this year...Me going shopping for clothes and books today didn't help. I am so OCD.

Not much of a weekend for me to speak of. I am doing laundry and taking out the trash. Geeze, the single life. I did finally manage to rent Notes on a Scandle with Judy Dench. It was a good movie. I wish I had seen it in the theater, but it never came to my city.

I have also been reading some booklets as we have our authorization visit Mon and Tues at school. We are trying to get approved for International Baccelorate programme for the Middle years. Everybody at work is TOTALLY stressed out, our principal tells us to have a drink over the weekend. Good Lord...I have 13 days. However he wants us in church clothes Mon and Tues....I refuse to wear heels to teach in. I woke up dreaming about Krispy Kreme donuts, so I ventured out this morning and got some hot fresh ones! Yeahhh.

Have a pleasant Sunday. I will be reading and cleaning. At least they will both be peaceful!

I don't have much to say. I forgot my CIPRO at home on my coffee table. MEOW. I did manage to cover my body in the prescribed creme. It helps some. YEEAAAHHHHHHHH
I just scheduled a sub for Friday. Well I put it in Subfinder and hope someone reliable will pick it up. The lady I like didn't answer her phone. I bet she's booked! The kids don't like her, so I know I do = )

No news here, just been going home from work, bathing and layering my skin with that stuff.
As a teacher we only get paid once a month. I got paid and now I'm broke. My bills are paid, I just don't have any left over. MEOW

I commented on D's blog. Do you think my rash will/can spread to my kitties as they try to rub up against my legs? I am trying to get them to stay way. But its heart breaking ..I LOVE MY BABIES!!!!!

This is my baby Whisper. I think she's purty! She is the loner of the three...but Destiny and Harmony have been together for 8 yrs now..Whisper has beeen with us almost 2yrs. Harmony is very territorial, and like to back this baby into a corner.

Ya'll I am scratching like I have fleas! SCREAM and SCREAM again. It's just a red bumpy flare up on both of my arms. I just bathed in some Hibiclens (Doc approved bacterial wash--surgeons use it before they operate) My aunt gave me some Lanacane after school, it had a soothing effect. No, I didn;t get anything working in the yard (No green thumb here). A co-worker suggested maybe I ate something, another siad maybe it was stress. Good lord, I feel like I have hives or something. It feels bumpier than it looks) Another co worker said take an oatmeal bath.

WHAT CAN I DO????

This is the best chocolate mousse pie I have EVER put in my mouth. Can I scream YUM????? OMG_ melt in your mouth....

This was the best part of my trip to Savannah~ Lip smacking 10,000 calories good!

The Waving Girl statue is a popular monument for visitors to the River Street area of Savannah, Georgia. The statue immortalizes a Savannahian named Florence Martus, who lived near the entrance to Savannah Harbor and supposedly waved to each ship that came and went -- for 44 years!

I want a house in the country (Of course that I have built-with the lottery money, I PLAN to win) My house in the country should be surround by these magnificent trees.

Paula's place has a small gift shop in it, with cookbooks, t-shirts, seasonings, cups, magnets, sauces etc for sale. I took this picture because I saw her boys as kids were cute.

This is the most haunted house in Savannah accroding to our tour guide. Numerous spirits are to be residing.

These are a few of the boats on the river to visit and/or tour. I think they are kinda charming. That is the word I would probably use for the city of Savannah. It's a bit spread out, but it's clean and they have museums, ghost tours, Paula Deen food (enough said), and reasonably priced hotels. I think the summer would be a bit too hot for my taste....I like the 60's.

In Ga today we are to be expecting HEAVY storms with the possibilty of hail. I have an appointment at the local college this afternoon. I hope it waits til I can get home, inside and snuggled up with a magazine and a kitty.

This particular picture reminds me of home. St. Charles Avenue~ BG Anne Rice lived on St Charles. I personally think a trolley ride for anyone visiting in N'awlins is well woth the views. Again, I love to look at and watch real estate being built (historic and current).

The Ghost aspect of Savannah has never been a big interest of mine, but their Ghost Tours are the first ones to sell out. I thought of BG...

I attempted to have a REVELATION last night.....I want to ask all of my blog buddies to tell me something each day this week that they are THANKFUL for~ I catch myself complaining so often and not stopping to feel the cool breeze (summer is almost here) on my face and blowing my hair.


Monday- I am thankful GOD created Air Conditioning!



Tuesday- I am thankful my mom made it out of surgery ok.



Wednesday- I am thankful for flowers in the spring that add color to our lives...they bloom and sprout no matter the weather or the HOT air that we put out with our mouths or our vehicles.

A friend sent these and a few others to me. This is what happens when artists get bored. They FINGER paint... All of these are hands...I thought they were pretty cool. Creative~
Well, I spent a few hours at the hair salon last night. I have mixed reviews. The guy Rodney is talented...no doubt! Last night was a bad afternoon for him. He employs his daughter who is about 18? 19? She seems to have a mild case of Down Syndrome...at least looking at her it's what I pick up. Anyway she got into a fight with him and he was upset. She is his baby and it's not easy to deal with her from what 2 of the other hairdressers said. They came over and worked on my foils while she was in the back throwing things. He apologized profusely~ Gave me a free eyebrow wax to make up for his time missed.( I always pluck and try to shape---not sure what I think right now...They are thinner than I am accustomed too , It was my first WAX--devirginized you see) ...I was there for awhile......
Well...When I got home A had called in the middle of the day just to say how much fun he had the night before...It was sweet. How I wish things were different for us.
Yes, his name has to be John . (My ex is too) John--a new guy in Savannah called while I was at the salon...I missed it too. (We've only been talking about 3 weeks) Oh well. I thought about driving over there as a quick weekend get away and to go to one of Paula Deens places (the seafood one) not The Lady and Sons....although if I knew her oldest son would be there, I might have to pop in he is SO HOT! YUM YUM YUM

Everyone says I need to see Savannah, the downtown area reminds them of the French Quarter. It would let me get my mind off of SHIT.
